Wild Man

I often wonder if maybe Tod’s family genetic tree doesn’t have very many branches . . .
Recently when I drove to Heppner to pick Emma up for the weekend, I took him with me because he loves to go for rides.  During the drive, he and my jacket got into a wrestling match.

After winning [...]

New & Old

Tuesday we had five new additions to our family – three girls and two boys.  Tod and Susie had their puppies.

Unfortunately, Monday, my parents had to put their sweet, beautiful Luna-girl to sleep.  I happened to be there Sunday and took these pictures.

July 2009

July has been a crazy busy month for us this year.  It’s almost been busier than last year when we were building our house.  I was really looking forward to just relaxing and not having any set plans.  I’ve had a great month and managed to relax, but I didn’t manage to keep our activities [...]

A Week (Or Two) In Review

Spring activities have consumed the TOD Household.  We haven’t been home before 7:00 p.m. any weeknight over the past two weeks.  It’s okay, though – we’re having a BLAST!  All three little girlies are busy busy busy with softball (Katelyn & Harley) and coach pitch baseball (Reagan).  They are having a great time, working hard, [...]

Eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwww!

To answer the very first question I think has probably popped into everyone’s mind – yes, that IS a mouse.  A baby mouse, to be exact.  A baby mouse being held in Aaron’s hand.  And, YES, I did have to take a picture of it because the story is just too unbelievable without the photo [...]

Then & Now

My own version.
Aaron is notorious for NEVER deleting pictures off his memory card, even after it’s been downloaded.  So, today, while I was dowloading the pictures from Katelyn’s assembly yesterday, I found some pictures of Tod from when we first got him and some more recent ones from around Christmas-time.
Here he is right after we [...]

Hodge Podge II

When Emma got her braces off, I posted that she would eventually have veneers put on her top teeth that were just a little too small.  She finally got to have that done last week, so now her beautiful smile is perfect without any gaps!  I am amazed each and every day at the beautiful [...]

Hodge Podge I

Wow!, we’ve had a crazy couple of weeks!  I’ve gone back to work for a new school year.  Emma worked really hard to get her lamb ready for fair, and then she went to fair.  Harley and Reagan got to spend a week in Heppner with their grandma.  Katelyn spent a lot of time at [...]

To Each Their Own

Each day when we are done working, we take off our toolbelts and put them away – hanging them on temporary nails in studs inside the house.  My mom & I both thought that all our toolbelts hanging together at the end of the day were a grand statement to the work being accomplished and the [...]

So Cute!

I’m not normally a “small” dog person.  I love dogs – they’re just usually bigger, like labs or retrievers.  Since we’ve had Tod, though, I’m a complete convert.  He doesn’t bark (not an annoying yappy little dog), he loves the girls, and he has TONS of personality.

He’s cute & he knows it!
